DONATE TO HELP US BUILD A SCHOOL IN NEPAL

The kindness corp has joined forces with Beyond The Epicenter Organization  to fund the construction of a new classroom for children impacted by the devastating 2015 Earthquake in Nepal.

On April 25th 2015 a devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake rocked Nepal, bringing destruction and devastation to thousands of people. Hundreds of subsequent aftershocks, and especially the 6.9 magnitude shock on the 12th May, turned even more homes, schools and community buildings to rubble. The direct impact of the 2015 earthquake was: 8,959 people killed; 2.8 million people affected; 26,272 people displaced; 765 health facilities destroyed or damaged, and 35,000 classrooms destroyed or damaged (UNICEF, Nepal Earthquakes: One Year Later. Moving On).

Ambassador of Kindness, Melissa Wishner, who was only miles away from the epicenter of the quake in 2015 while trekking in Nepal witnessed first hand the devastation.  She & her family decided to start a charity to rebuild as many classrooms as they can.  We would like to do our part in service of their mission and raise the $15,000 required to rebuild one classroom.  We hope you will consider joining becoming an Ambassador of Kindness and donate by clicking on the link!
